You are a brave and wonderful illustrator of what is
wrong and what is right about the world. The dry
bones that Ezekiel saw will finally come together,
bone to its bone. As we see it happening, we can
take comfort in the thought that the coming of the
Messiah to His temple is part of the picture and that
the River of Forgiveness will flow from Him forever.
Israel has long since become that pariah state. The reality that Israel flourishes and prospers is the quiet comment from HaShem that all is not exactly lost. ..although a slightly louder comment might be nice, but that's just me..

Thank you immensely for Dry Bones!
Although I am goi, I love HaShem with all my neshama and with all my heart, and I admire and learn from the people of Israel...
Then, in a sense I am a living proof that "Am Israel Or Lagoyim", meaning that the people of Israel are a light for the nations, for people just like me, the goyim...
Yet, I beg you to please meditate on this question:
What is exactly "am Israel"?
Who precisely belongs to "am Israel"?
If someone defines "am Israel" as the Government Authorities of a country that has been established between Lebanon and Egypt since 1948, well... that definition is probably correct.
But then, can you truly assure, fully convinced in your heart, that these Government Authorities are acting as a light for all the nations?
But, truly, is this the only definition possible?
Many Jews today are indeed revealing themselves as a "Light for the Nations"... a person which I greatly admired, named Yaakov Kirschen, is a clear example...
But then, can you defend the idea that every single Jew on earth is doing the same? Even those whose relation with HaShem might only be one of mere tradition?
Greetings from Costa Rica!
I love Dry Bones and I know this is tongue in cheek... sort of... but indeed prophesy does reveal that nations will align themselves against Israel and the Jewish people. But G_d's Word and His promises to the people of Israel are from everlasting to everlasting... so just as a word of encouragement, here is what I believe G_d Himself is saying to Israel, Jews and even Christians who stand with Israel, about current events: "You will not need to fight in this battle. Stand firm, hold your position, and see the salvation of the LORD on your behalf, O Judah and Jerusalem.’ Do not be afraid and do not be dismayed. Tomorrow go out against them, and the LORD will be with you.” ~ 2 Chronicles 20:17 ~ Baruch Hashem Adoni! <3
OK Israel is a light, but the nations don't show their gratitude for the light. So .... (isn't this where the "punchline" should be?)
